All year round, our gourmet menu, orchestrated by the chef Kevin VAUBOURG and the Deputy Head Lucille ROUTINWe invite you to take part in a gastronomic journey of the highest order, elegant and refined, which aims to bring out the best in the Drôme region. A subtle, colourful and herbaceous culinary score, to be discovered in the heart of our emblematic vaulted dining room or, in fine weather, on the panoramic terrace, one of the estate's treasures. This setting is complemented by a lounge area where you can enjoy an aperitif or round off your experience with a coffee or digestif by the fireplace. For the ultimate experience, the Château's cellar carefully hides nuggets from near and far, selected with the greatest care, to be enjoyed in perfect harmony with the menu of the moment.

THE CHEFS

The estate's chef opens the doors of the estate's two restaurants. Kevin VAUBOURG, who spent four years as executive chef at chef Anne-Sophie PIC's 2-star MICHELIN restaurant at the Beau-Rivage Palace in Lausanne, has created the estate's gourmet score, based on a colourful, herbaceous cuisine. It invites you to discover a cuisine that is both fresh and plant-based, with the focus always on the right seasonings, cooking and presentation. An ode to gourmet delights.

In fine weather, the estate's bistro opens its doors for the summer season until the end of September.

Follow the delicious aromas of grilled meat and fish, before taking a seat on the terrace, with the gentle song of the cicadas as your soundtrack. Savour our no-fuss gourmet cuisine, with a menu that showcases the finest local meats and garden vegetables. Refreshing starters and comforting desserts complete these sunny recipes.

Château Les Oliviers de Salettes also owes its majestic landscape to two hectares of vines located at the very entrance to the estate. " Cover it with Light "This is the Château's first cuvée, a perfect harmony between the freshness of the Chardonnay, the floral aromas of the Viognier and the silky texture of the Roussanne. On the palate, it offers an aromatic intensity underpinned by citrus fruit, a dazzling freshness and a round texture, with a lingering finish. Taste the estate's cuvée on the menu of the Château's restaurants, as well as at the tables in The Social Club collection.
